Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BeyondSwipes platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our Services.

Use License

BeyondSwipes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying our platform materials
• Using the material for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions, and may be terminated by BeyondSwipes at any time.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

User Conduct

While using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Send spam or unauthorized communications
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform
• Create multiple accounts for improper purposes
• Impersonate another person
• Use our Services for illegal purposes

Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by BeyondSwipes and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

BEYOND tokens and blockchain-based relationship milestone NFTs are subject to additional terms specific to those features, which will be provided when you access those features.

User Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting content on or through our Services, you grant BeyondSwipes a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display that content in connection with the operation and improvement of our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BeyondSwipes. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeyondSwipes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes through our Services or by sending you an email.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
